Please Note:

When taking the tests, reference the material presented in the particular article to determine the correct response. Using other information may result in a wrong answer.

You may use the form, below, or mail / e-mail your test answers and other information to the address below. If you use the form, another page will open with a link to PayPal

Be sure to fill in the Article Number just before the question section.

Each test is worth 1 PDH. You must earn a grade of 80% or higher to pass. You will not receive more than 1 PDH credit per test per year.

Certificates of Completion for PDH credits are sent by mail.

Please remember to pay the $10.00 testing fee. CEEJ recommends payment by PayPal. A link to PayPal is provided at the bottom of the "test sent" page. We also accept Money Orders and personal company or cashiers checks.
